Registration and payments — 30 September. Registration is by appointment. The timetable will be made available on 29 September. Delegations must present all required documentation. Outstanding fees must be settled before registration; bank transfers must be actually credited before the appointment. Copies or screenshots without confirmed credit are not accepted as proof of payment.
Technical Meeting — final correction deadline. The 1 October Technical Meeting is the final opportunity to correct athletes' names/spelling, categories, entries and other competition data. After the meeting, no further corrections will be accepted during competition activities except where expressly authorised by Competition Management for an exceptional technical or administrative reason.
1 October / PalaCervia: no referee examination or general delegation activity is scheduled at PalaCervia during the morning. The venue is reserved for authorised technical and installation personnel.
Welcome Dinner / Welcome Gala: reserved for appointed competition officials/referees, FIWuK-invited officials and authorised guests of honour, and one Head of Delegation from each delegation. All other delegation members dine at their assigned restaurant.
3 October: the morning session is reserved exclusively for the International Belt Upgrading / Grading Examination. No World or Junior Championship competition activity will take place concurrently. Junior/U17 competition activity begins at 14:30.

The 4th Vocotruyen World Championships bring together an international programme combining high-level competition, technical activities, training and cultural exchange, from 30 September – 4 October 2026 in Cervia, Italy.

Programme Highlights
The official competitions will bring together athletes and martial arts schools from different countries in a wide range of traditional Vocotruyen disciplines, offering an opportunity to demonstrate technical expertise while showcasing the diversity and richness of Vietnam's traditional martial arts heritage.
Beyond sporting competition, the Championships provide an international platform for promoting Vietnamese martial arts, encouraging exchange among different traditions and contributing to the preservation and international dissemination of this cultural heritage.
