Referee Training Programme
International Referee Training, Examination and Classification.
An International Referee Training and Refresher Course will be organised as part of the Championships programme, from 30 September to 1 October 2026 in Cervia, Italy.
The course will provide participating referees and officials with technical instruction and updates on international competition regulations and refereeing procedures, and will conclude with a final assessment.
Who Should Participate
- Eligible national-level referees seeking training, examination and international referee classification.
- Eligible International Grade B Referees seeking advancement to Grade A.
- Referees wishing to update their knowledge of the rules, strengthen their officiating skills and further develop their professional competence in an international environment.
Classification or upgrading is subject to WFVV professional requirements and the results of the relevant examination and assessment.
