This website (https://www.vocotruyen-italia2026.org) is published on behalf of the Italian Wushu Kung Fu and Vietnamese Martial Arts Federation (FIWuK), organiser of the 4th Vocotruyen World Championships, in cooperation with the World Federation of Vietnam Vocotruyen (WFVV) ("we", "us"). For any question relating to this Privacy Policy or to the processing of your personal data, you may contact us at info@vocotruyen-italia2026.org.
2. What Data We Collect
This is primarily an informational website. We do not require registration to browse its content. Personal data may be collected only in the following limited circumstances:
- Contact by email: if you contact us at info@vocotruyen-italia2026.org or at any other address published on this site, we process the personal data you voluntarily provide (e.g. name, email address, content of your message) solely to respond to your request.
- Technical and cookie data: as described in our Cookie Policy, necessary cookies are used to ensure the website functions correctly; optional cookies are used only with your consent, for example to load external content such as maps or streaming video.

Personal data sent to us by email is retained only for as long as necessary to handle your request and to comply with any applicable organisational, accounting or legal obligations related to the 4th Vocotruyen World Championships, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

We do not sell personal data. Personal data may be shared with the organisers of the Championships (FIWuK and WFVV) and, where strictly necessary, with technical service providers acting as data processors (e.g. our hosting provider), and with third-party services embedded on this website with your consent (e.g. Google Maps), which act as independent controllers for the data they process.

Where third-party embedded services you have consented to (such as Google Maps) are provided by companies established outside the European Economic Area, your data may be transferred internationally, subject to the safeguards implemented by those providers.
